Creative Arts in the Market Place

It makes me so sad that my favorite brands are so broke they cannot afford "actual truth in advertising" budgets.

Check with Q&A to get the straight truth on the quality. If they are in their jobs more than 2 years...it's too long...

(Glass ceilings are made to be broken. Promote or Retire or BOTH?!)

Because any Artist is paid too-well and knows too-much to be treated poorly. And if you really want to be an Advertising Executive, do me a favor...

Turn your staff over every year and tell them up-front it's an internship with pay and benefits.

We'll see if the average can be extraordinary.
